I found this little guy amongst the Lab 305 crowd. I hadn’t looked on this site for a while, and it seems whilst I wasn’t looking they have significantly expanded their range. They have moved beyond basic laser cutting of perspex and moved on to plywood. I recently brought myself a cute little apron from a local shop and I love it – but when it dies I want want of these!! Snappyshot hails from Southern California and has been sewing for over 24 years. Her designs are retro 1950′s, cute and full of fun. Snappyshop’s Etsy store has a vast array of funky little aprons to choose form. She says:
Some of my favorite images are from old advertising illustrations from the fifties and sixties. I especially love anthropomorphic characters, and am currently working on some simple happy kitchen items for lower priced aprons. I like the idea of wearing your apron out, but so far I’ve only worn them when I throw a party. I like to make my apron part of my outfit and wear it during the whole party.

Made from Italian Cowhide with contrast Italian Sheep leather. This bag has a detachable long strap so it doubles as a clutch and features a full leather back with a zip pocket. The front panel has handprinted cotton with a strong magnetic fastener which opens to a leather zip and phone pocket. Strap is 1100mm at longest. Dimensions: 300(W) x 180(H)mm.
